Meet LaShaunda “Harmoni” Jordan
Founder, The Unwritten Exchange LLC | Veteran-Owned Business
I've always been drawn to interesting people, good stories, and the possibilities that come from a simple conversation. I'm naturally curious, a creative thinker, and someone who enjoys finding connections where others might not think to look.
Most people know me as Harmoni, a name that reflects something I genuinely value: bringing people, ideas, and moving pieces together in a way that just works. Whether it's finding common ground in a conversation or bringing a little more harmony to a busy business, I enjoy helping things fall into place.
My professional journey has been anything but conventional, and I wouldn't have it any other way. From serving in the United States Air Force to building a career in journalism, community organizations, and higher education, each chapter has strengthened my ability to connect with people, navigate challenges, and bring ideas to life.
I'm also a natural doer. I notice the details that need attention, the gaps that need filling, and the opportunities to make things work better. Whether it's coordinating people and processes, managing competing priorities, or finding solutions when plans change, I enjoy bringing order to the moving pieces and seeing things through.

That's what inspired me to create The Unwritten Exchange. I wanted to bring my experience, creativity, and practical approach together to help businesses, organizations, and professionals move forward with confidence. From real estate transaction coordination to business operations and consulting, I understand the value of having someone dependable who can step in, take ownership of the details, and help turn opportunities into results.
I take my work seriously, but I believe there's always room for personality, laughter, and a fresh perspective. I value genuine connections, thoughtful conversations, and the kind of professional relationships where everyone brings something meaningful to the table.
So, whether we meet at a networking event, connect over coffee, or find ourselves talking business over cocktails, I'd love to hear what you're working on.
Have something in mind? Let's talk about it.
Until we connect,
